Daily routine
My default, aspirational daily routine. I adhere to it most days, but not every day.
- Wake up
- Exercise
- Get ready
- Reflect
- Meditate
- Write/journal
- Work
- Family time
- Relax + read
- I'd prefer to tilt this more towards reading, but if I don't start with that, I usually get side-tracked. Something to work on.
- Bed
Based on some of the thoughts documented in Time management is pain management, I like to block these out. It helps me establish intent, but it can also help me manage the discomfort of whatever I'm currently working on. Turns out having a defined end can make things more tolerable.
